BASIC BAKING TOOLS
These are just some of the tools I think every baker needs to have. There are direct links to the items.

If you think there is something that should be here, let me know and I will add it, and I'll tell you my recommendation. (I am sure whatever it is, I have it.)

For a list of tools used in specific bakes, there will be links in the recipe!
Kitchen Aid
This is the work horse of every baker's kitchen. I use mine in 80% of my baking! From cookies to cakes, and even for bread! There are so many great attachments that I use regularly. The POURING SHIELD is great to keep dry ingredients from flying everywhere. I have a fantastic BREAD BOWL attachment that goes straight from mixing, to proofing, to the oven. I use the SIFTER/SCALE attachment with powdered sugar and flour, and I even have the PASTA attachment, which is so fun to make fresh pasta and ravioli with.
Escale
I like this scale because it is easy to read and easy to clean. I just replaced my old one, because that had actual buttons, and flour kept getting stuck in them until finally I couldn't push them anymore. This is touch screen, without being too high-tech. It has all the measurements you need and a hold button feature.

BAKING PANS
Fat Daddio's
Fat Daddio's is a great line for cake pans of all sizes and depths. They are aluminum, not that dark non-stick that used to be all the rage, but actually affects your bakes in a very negative way. (I have been slowly replacing all of mine) They also have very sharp lines, not rounded, which I find nice when you are making cakes.
They have choices with removable bottoms as well.

COOKIE SHEET/SHEET PANS/BUNDT PANS
Nordic Ware
I love the Nordic Ware line, especially for cookie sheets, sheet pans, and bundt pans.
The COOKIE SHEETS are so thin and are not rimmed, so the heat can circulate properly around each cookie. I have 4 of them, so I can have 2 batched of cookies going in each of my 2 ovens.
The sheet pans ( I use 1/4 SHEET PAN and 1/2 SHEET PAN) are sturdy and never warp.
The BUNDT pans come in beautiful shapes. I even have a decorative LOAF PAN to make my quick breads look a little more special.

FUN FACT: The cookie sheet edges are so thin that I am able to use them as a pizza peel!
Aisoso
This is a great rolling pin. Extra long and extra thick. A solid choice.

Breville
A great hand mixer. You may have seen me actually break my old hand mixer in a baking video. I just got this one a couple months ago and I love it. It has a light that shines on what you are mixing, it counts how long you are mixing, and it has a pause button tat will pause that timer. Of course 9 speeds and the usual attachments. I highly recommend this one.
Doqaus
You need a thermometer for things like tempering chocolate, but it comes in handy for so much more. This one is inexpensive and does the trick.

PARCHMENT PAPER
Boyan
I use parchment paper in almost all my baking. It is great to keep cakes from sticking or lifting cakes directly out of the pan. I buy my parchment for square or rectangular bakes at the store, but I love that they have pre-cut round parchments in so many sizes.

Progressive International
This is a nice way to store your dry ingredients in your cupboard in an airtight, space saving way. You can see through them, The flour keeper comes with e leveler, the powdered sugar comes with a mini sifter, and for the brown sugar keeper there is a little clay stone you soak to help keep it fresh.
Breville
This is definitely a triple duty machine. I use it in baking a lot, but also in making soups. It comes with a small chopping attachment which you can use to quickly chop nuts or even a small amount of onions.

Legerm
Not just for icing cakes, you use these for smoothing batter before it goes in the oven, loosening cakes before you flip them out, and a myriad of other ways. It's helpful to have a couple of sizes.
Boao
These are a necessity for putting egg washes on pies and pastries, brushing on a glaze, wiping the flour off puff pastry between folds, prepping a pan with melted butter, the list goes on and on!
